Developed from the high-speed surf rescue boats first
used off the coasts of South Africa in the early 1980s, these boats and
their descendants were capable of extremely high speeds in rough water
and began to be used as race boats, workboats and pleasure craft.
The molded nosepiece is designed for aero and hydrodynamic efficiency
while the open, stainless steel transom allows quick evacuation of any
water taken aboard. Sport Cats are more fun and far more useful than any
PWC!
